Before I checked introduced hotel i saw the marks and the marks were pretty badly...i tought o my god where m i going?! But for that price its more than enough you get inside...Everybody who putted bad mark on this accomodation is a crazy and selfish a little bit!

The staff is friendly. Responds to any request. Check-in is fast. The room has everything you need: kettle, hairdryer, heating, towels, shampoo. A great option for a couple of days. Close to the station and central square. Restaurants and shops nearby. I don't understand why people give bad ratings. The room is quiet, warm, no one bothers you. Yes, there is a cabaret at the entrance to the hostel, but visitors to the cabaret do not in any way interfere with the rest in the room

The 3 staff we met at the front desk were very kind, our sink was blocked and they changed us to another room and they are also talented with languages (at least Spanish, french, English and German). It's a place close to the center of Munich very well connected with a train, bus and tram. A quiet place for staying that I would recommend.

The reception staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. My stay was highly satisfying, and I greatly appreciate the outstanding service provided.

I chose this place for its closeness to z main train station, as I arrived by train from Salzburg. As a Lebanese, z good surprise was it lies in an area dominated by Middle Eastern & Arabic Restaurants. Receptionists r very friendly. Room is well cleaned daily. Comfortable Bed. Mini fridge, small Fan & Safe Box r useful extras.

Excellent location, clean rooms and friendly stuff, those are the things which make our stay in the hotel memorable. Our first choice hotel in Munich. Value for money is definitely best thing.to Highly recommend

The staff are all super friendly, maybe everything wasn't quit good but the warmth me and my family seen from the hotel staff is above and beyond

Very clean. Good location between train station and downtown- easy walk to both. There are no bad surprises-- they deliver exactly what they advertise, and we appreciate that.

Staff were extremely friendly - the receptionist even lent me his own personal umbrella so we could walk around the city while it was raining. Great selection of Arab restaurants in the area and only a short walk from the main sightseeing spots.
